INNOSCIENCE (02577) announced that all conditions under the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on October 17, 2025. A total of 20.7 million new H shares were successfully placed at a price of HKD 75.58 per share, representing approximately 3.94% of the total issued H shares and about 2.26% of the total issued shares after the completion of the placement, allotted to no less than six subscribers under the terms specified in the placement agreement.
