深圳市天图投资管理股份有限公司（简称“天图投资”，股份代号：01973）于2026年5月6日发布截至2026年4月30日的股份变动月报表，报告期内公司整体股本结构保持稳定，未发生新增发行或购回、注销、库藏股等变化。
根据公告，截至2026年4月30日，天图投资注册股本为人民币693,031,110元。其中，H股（在香港联合交易所有限公司上市）数量为173,258,000股，面值为每股人民币1元；未上市股份（在全国中小企业股份转让系统挂牌）数量为519,773,110股，面值同为每股人民币1元，两类股份数量与上期持平，均无增减变动。
报告显示，本期天图投资无新增发行、购回、转让或注销已发行股份，也未发行任何期权、权证或可换股票据。截至4月末，公司已发行股份总数为693,031,110股，股本总额与上期相同，整体维持不变。天图投资同时确认已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及适用的公众持股量要求。
