香港興業國際集團有限公司（「公司」；股份代號：00480）于2026年2月2日發布2026年1月股份變動月報表，報告期為截至2026年1月31日。公告顯示，公司本月並無新增股份發行、回購或註銷活動，整體股本結構維持穩定。
