时代电气(03898)于2026年6月26日举行年度股东会，正式批准2025年度利润分配方案。公司将向全体股东派发末期股息每股人民币0.68元（含税），预计总派息金额约9.05亿元。
本次股息以人民币计价，A股股东以人民币支付，H股股东以港币支付，按中国人民银行公布的人民币兑港元平均基准汇率1元兑1.14984港元计算，每股H股实派0.78189港元（含税）。
为厘定有权收取股息的H股股东资格，公司将于2026年7月3日至7月8日暂停办理H股股份过户登记，期间不接受股份转让登记。H股股东最迟须于2026年7月2日下午4时30分前，将过户文件及股票送达香港中央证券登记有限公司办理登记。股权登记日为2026年7月8日，股息预计于2026年8月7日或前后派发。
