美的集团（00300）于2026年7月2日发布翌日披露报表，公告当日回购A股股份1,437,900股，约占前一交易日公司已发行股本的0.02111%。本次回购价格区间介乎人民币76.98元至78.98元，合计动用资金约人民币1.11亿元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本数量变更为6,810,066,996股，库藏股数量增至152,523,411股，公司总股本仍维持在6,962,590,407股。公司方面表示，此次回购已获董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由董事长、执行董事兼总裁方洪波签署。
