JTF INTL (09689) announced that on January 28, 2026, Harmony Time Investment entered into a supplemental agreement with the placing agent. This agreement extends the placement period stipulated in the original placement agreement, moving the completion deadline from no later than January 30, 2026, to no later than February 13, 2026.
