BOCOM INTL (03329) announced that on February 5, 2026, its subsidiary Preferred Investment purchased $10 million in principal amount of CDBALF Notes II in an over-the-counter transaction. The purchase price was approximately $9,959,900, equivalent to about HK$78.1852 million.
