中国淀粉(03838)于2026年7月14日公告称，公司当天在香港联交所场内回购股票，回购股份数量为4,150,000股，占已发行股本约0.0696%。回购价介乎每股0.169港元至0.173港元，合计动用资金约713,175港元（约71.32万港元）。本次回购股份拟予注销。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为5,964,492,043股，库藏股数量为0。回购授权经股东于2026年5月12日通过，可回购股份总数为596,449,204股，截至目前已在联交所及其他交易所合计回购113,830,000股，占授权时已发行股本的1.9085%。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
