2026年7月23日，浙江沪杭甬高速公路股份有限公司（00576，下称“浙江沪杭甬”）披露海外监管公告称，其控股子公司浙商证券股份有限公司（601878，下称“浙商证券”）董事长钱文海提出制定2026年中期利润分配方案。
根据公告，浙商证券2026年度中期利润分配比例不低于2025年度中期水平，即“每股派发现金红利人民币0.07元（含税）”，且不送红股，也不以公积金转增股本。
本次利润分配将以实施权益分派股权登记日登记的总股本为基数。如在股权登记日前公司总股本发生变动，浙商证券将维持每股分配比例不变，相应调整分配总额，并另行公告。
上述方案系依据浙商证券2025年年度股东会（2026年6月30日召开）授予董事会的授权制定。公司承诺将在2026年半年度报告披露后，推动召开董事会审议具体方案。该方案尚需董事会审议通过后方可实施，投资者需注意相关风险。
