理想汽车-W于2026年9月1日公告，公司在香港联交所场内回购109.15万股普通股（A类不同投票权股份），回购股数占本次交易前已发行股份（不含库藏股）总数约0.0632%。每股回购价格介乎港币46.6元至48.2元，合计支付约5151.73万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司在2026年9月1日的已发行股份总数维持为18.18325109亿股，其中1,724,979,357股为已发行股份（不含库藏股），库藏股数量增至93,345,752股。公司回购授权于2026年5月29日获通过，授权可回购股份总数为214,280,424股，目前已于本地或其他证券交易所回购73,754,412股，剩余可回购股份约1.41亿股。
公司在公告中确认，本次回购行为遵守香港联合交易所证券上市规则及相关法例。公告由联席公司秘书王扬签署。
