SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. (HKEX: 807, SGX: BHK) announced audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025. Revenue was RMB7.07 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 6.9%. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB610.44 million, up 0.9% compared to the previous year. Gross profit margin was 34.8%, representing a 0.3 percentage point improvement. Financial expenses declined 13.9% to RMB671.05 million, while earnings per share rose 0.9% to RMB0.237.
Core revenue from operating and maintenance income under services concession arrangements increased 9.7% year-on-year to RMB4.32 billion, delivering stable performance for the overall business. Service income, boosted by the growing asset-light segment, reached RMB320.00 million, up 49.6% from the previous year. Construction revenue amounted to RMB1.15 billion, supported by continued project construction and commissioning activities.
Accounts receivable collection advanced, leading to stronger cash generation. Net cash from operating activities rose significantly to RMB1.66 billion from RMB565.00 million in the same period last year. Cash on hand stood at RMB3.45 billion at the end of 2025. Meanwhile, debt-to-asset ratio improved, dropping from 64.2% to 62.5%, and the current ratio increased from 1.16 to 1.62. Projects across various regions, including new signings and capacity expansions, further strengthened the company’s position in China’s water and environmental protection industry.
Government policy directives during 2025 continued to emphasize environmental governance, water resource conservation, digital water systems, and green finance. In alignment with these policies, SIIC Environment deepened its presence in wastewater treatment, expanded into new areas such as industrial water, and continued to leverage technology for operational upgrades. The company intends to remain focused on refining its core business capabilities, improving management efficiency, and broadening potential new markets to support high-quality industry development going forward.
