Seven Elements Posts Stable March 2026 Share Capital; 6.20 Billion Shares Outstanding, Public Float Meets 25% Rule

Seven Elements Investment Holdings Limited submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to HKEX, covering the period ended 31 March 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.002, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million.

Issued share capital also stayed flat. As of 31 March 2026, Seven Elements had 6.20 billion shares in issue and no treasury shares, identical to the prior month’s figure.

The issuer confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement, maintaining at least 25% of its issued share class in public hands.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements were reported for the month.

The filing was authorised and signed by Director Li Yichen, who affirmed adherence to all relevant listing and regulatory requirements.
