9月22日，快手-W（01024.HK）股价盘中大跌6.20%，引发市场广泛关注。这一大幅下跌主要受到监管部门接连采取行动的影响。
据悉，国家市场监督管理总局于9月19日晚间宣布，依法对快手全资子公司成都快购科技有限公司涉嫌违反《中华人民共和国电子商务法》等法律法规的行为立案调查。市场监管总局表示，此举旨在进一步压实电商平台主体责任，推动直播电商行业提升合规水平。
与此同时，国家网信办近日也对快手平台采取了约谈、责令限期改正等处置措施。原因是快手平台未落实信息内容管理主体责任，在热搜榜单主榜存在炒作明星个人动态和琐事类词条等不良信息内容，呈现泛娱乐化倾向。这两项监管行动对快手的业务运营和公司形象造成了双重打击，直接影响了投资者信心。
值得注意的是，快手最近的财务报告显示，其电商业务增长已经明显放缓。2025年第二季度，快手电商GMV为3589亿元，同比增长仅17.6%，远低于往年的高速增长。这一增长乏力的趋势加剧了市场对快手未来发展前景的担忧，进一步加剧了股价下跌的压力。
