Man Wah Executes HK$18.70 Million On-Market Share Buyback, Cancelling 5.00 Million Shares

Man Wah Holdings Limited disclosed that on 19 May 2026 it repurchased 5.00 million shares on the open market under the general mandate approved at the 30 June 2025 annual general meeting.

The company paid between HK$3.72 and HK$3.77 per share, deploying an aggregate HK$18.70 million before brokerage and expenses.

All repurchased shares will be cancelled. The Board cited healthy operating cash flow and stated that the reduction in share capital is intended to enhance shareholder returns, reflecting confidence in the company’s outlook.

Future buybacks will remain subject to market conditions and the Board’s discretion, with no guarantee as to timing, quantity or price. Shareholders and investors are urged to exercise caution when trading the company’s securities.
