心动公司（02400）于2026年7月7日公告称，公司当日在香港联交所场内回购股份15.66万股，占已发行股本约0.032%，每股回购价在47.16港元至47.74港元区间，总耗资约747.34万港元。
公告显示，本次回购根据2026年5月28日通过的购回授权进行。该授权可回购的股份总数为48,929,916股，其中公司已通过香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计回购2,694,000股，占授权时已发行股本的0.5506%。截至2026年7月7日，公司的已发行股本总数仍为489,307,164股。
公司确认，此次回购活动已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由执行董事黄一孟签署。
