阳光100中国控股有限公司(「阳光100中国」或「公司」，股票代码：02608)于2026年3月5日公布2026年2月股份变动月报表。根据公告，公司于本报告期内并无任何新增发行、购回或注销股份，整体股本结构保持稳定。
公司注册股本为4,000,000,000股，面值每股0.01港元，对应注册股本总额4,000万港元。截至2026年2月底，已发行股份合计2,550,811,477股，与上月末持平，库藏股份数目亦无变化。
