天津银行股份有限公司（01578）于2026年4月2日发布截至2026年3月31日止的3月份股份变动月报表，显示当月无新增发行或股份变动情况。
报告期内，公司普通股包括内资股4,305,952,759股与H股1,764,599,063股，两类股份数量与上月保持一致。公司注册股本及已发行股份总数均为6,070,551,822股，未发生任何增发、购回、注销或库藏股份等变动。
截至3月底，公司并无股份期权或其他股权激励计划变动，也未有可转换债券、认股权证或其他形式的股份发行承诺。公司表示，已符合适用的上市规则公眾持股量要求，并确认持续遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定。
