普华和顺(01358)于2026年9月4日发布公告，披露公司继续实施股份回购并更新已发行股本变动情况。公告显示，普华和顺于2026年9月4日在香港联交所场内回购普通股100,000股，约占当日公司已发行股本的0.007%。本次回购价格为每股0.95港元，耗资合共95,000港元，折合约9.50万港元。
截至本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为1,433,241,098股，库藏股数目保持为零，因上述回购股份仍有待注销。本次回购依据2026年6月26日通过的股份购回授权进行。依据公告，普华和顺可根据该授权最多购回144,285,509股，至今已在交易所累计购回3,184,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本约0.2207%。
公司确认，本次回购事宜已获得董事会授权，并严格遵守了香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由董事张月娥签署。
