同日，公司根据第八期及第九期股票期权激励计划，分别向参与人发行新股78,600股及88,580股，行权价格分别为人民币70.29元和45.16元，分别占回购前公司已发行股本约0.001144%及0.00129%。
本次变动后，公司已发行股本由6,868,499,768股降至6,868,016,948股，库存股数量增至85,221,741股。公司指出，本次股份回购及新股发行均已获得董事会正式授权，并遵照相关上市规则与法律法规。公告由董事长、执行董事兼总裁方洪波签署。
