Lai Sun Garment (International) Limited announced on 12 June 2026 that its latest corporate communications—a circular regarding a major transaction and the related form of proxy—are now available in both English and Chinese on the websites of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (www.hkexnews.hk) and the Company (www.laisun.com).

Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed materials will find hard-copies of the circular and proxy form in their chosen language enclosed. Shareholders wishing to receive the documents in an alternative language or format—or to change their future preferences—should complete the accompanying Request Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Company’s share registrar, by mail (using the provided freepost label for Hong Kong) or by email (191-ecom@vistra.com).

The Company allows shareholders to: 1. Request printed copies of the current circular and proxy form in English, Chinese or both languages. 2. Select electronic access to all future corporate communications via the Company’s website, with email or postal notifications. 3. Switch their preferred language (English, Chinese or both) and/or method of receipt at any time by giving at least seven days’ written notice to the share registrar.
