业聚医疗(06929)公布，在2026年6月8日举行的股东周年大会上，包括宣派末期股息的议案在内，所有决议案均获股东投票通过。公司批准从股份溢价账中宣派截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每股普通股12港仙。
该笔末期股息预期将于2026年6月26日（星期五）或前后，以现金方式派付予于2026年6月16日（星期二）下午4时30分名列公司股东名册的股东。为确定收取股息的资格，公司将于2026年6月12日（星期五）至2026年6月16日（星期二）暂停办理股份过户登记，期间不处理任何股份转让。股东须于2026年6月11日（星期四）下午4时30分前，将所有过户文件连同相关股票送交公司香港股份过户登记处，方可享有末期股息权益。
