新鸿基公司于2026年6月5日发布翌日披露报表，公告自2026年6月1日至5日期间在香港联交所合计回购普通股302,000股，占公司已发行股本约0.0154%。本次回购价格介乎每股4.07港元至4.22港元，合计耗资约125.77万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为1,964,958,493股，库藏股数量保持为0股。
公告显示，本次股份购回依据于2026年5月27日通过的购回授权，授权总数为196,495,849股。截至目前，合计已购回302,000股。公司确认已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》和相关法律规定，回购事宜已获董事会正式批准。
