IMMUNEONCO-B Surges Over 6% in Late Trading as IND Application for IMM0306 in Primary Sjögren's Syndrome Gains Official Approval

IMMUNEONCO-B (01541) rose more than 6% in late trading. At the time of writing, the stock was up 5.41% to HK$3.7, with a turnover of HK$2.3126 million. The company recently announced that the Investigational New Drug (IND) application for its self-developed Amurefup α (IMM0306) in the indication of primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) has been officially approved by China's National Medical Products Administration. This development marks another significant breakthrough in IMMUNEONCO's innovative drug development for autoimmune diseases. The approval of the IND for the pSS indication represents another important achievement under the company's "comprehensive advancement of autoimmune pipeline" strategy. Clinical studies for several major indications of IMM0306, including systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD), are progressing steadily. The Phase Ib clinical data for SLE is scheduled to be presented at the 2026 EULAR conference.
