2026年6月15日，京东健康(06618)发布翌日披露报表公告。公司于当日在香港联合交易所场内回购普通股共271,400股，占该公司当日前已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.008%。每股回购价格介乎港币37.66元至港币38.20元，合计支付约港币10,267,779.04元（约1,026.78万港元）。本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为3,211,075,111股，库藏股结余为0股。
根据公告，股东大会曾于2025年6月20日通过回购授予决议，公司可回购股份总数为320,011,511股。截至目前，公司已依据该授权在香港联交所及其他证券交易所累计回购17,942,400股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股份数目的约0.561%。公司确认上述回购严格遵守香港联交所主板上市规则及相关法律法规，且在此之前已向香港联交所呈交的说明函件所载信息无任何重大变动。
