P.B. Group Publishes FY 2025/26 Annual Report and AGM Circular; Shareholders Urged to Opt for Electronic Communications

P.B. Group Limited released a notification on 30 July 2026 confirming that the following corporate documents are now available online:

1. Annual Report for the financial year 2025/26. 2. Circular covering proposals for: • Re-election of retiring directors, • Grant of general mandates for share repurchase and new issue, and • Re-appointment of the auditor, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting. 3. Form of Proxy for the forthcoming AGM.

Both English and Chinese versions can be accessed on the company website (www.thepbg.com) and the HKEX platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected to receive physical mailings will find hard copies enclosed with the notification. Others may continue to rely on the web-based versions or request printed copies at no charge by submitting the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email (is-ecom@vistra.com).

The notification highlights the importance of maintaining a valid email address to receive timely electronic notices of future corporate communications. Until a functional address is provided, shareholders will receive printed notices and actionable documents by post.
