德银天下（02418）于2026年5月20日发布公告，披露当日于香港联交所场内回购7,915,100股公司H股普通股，约占回购前已发行股本的1.4897%。每股回购价格区间介乎3.90港元至3.98港元，合计支付约31,420,855港元（折合约3142.09万港元）。回购完成后，公司已发行股本减少至523,398,400股，库藏股增加至29,038,100股。
根据公告，德银天下指出，此次回购系基于2025年5月29日获通过的回购授权，允许公司最多回购55,243,650股。截至公告日期，公司已累计回购29,038,100股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本的5.2564%。公司同时确认，此次股份购回已遵守香港联交所主板上市规则及相关法律规定。
