2026年7月6日，九方智投控股有限公司（09636）发布公告，披露近期于香港联交所场内进行了股份回购。
本次回购发生于2026年7月6日，共回购77,300股公司普通股，占当日公司现有已发行股本约0.0167%。回购价格介乎港币29.60元至30.28元，合计耗资2,329,432港元（约232.94万港元）。本次回购后，公司已发行股份总数仍为468,357,000股，其中463,838,900股处于流通状态，库存股增至4,518,100股。
公司于2026年6月18日通过购回授权，授权购回总数为46,408,470股。截至目前，公司已累计根据该授权回购447,100股，占授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目的约0.0964%。
公司方面确认已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及适用法律，并表明相关董事会程序已履行完备。本公告由联席公司秘书陶齐涛签署。
