医渡科技有限公司（02158）于2025年12月18日发布翌日披露报表，宣布于同日回购190,000股普通股股份。此次回购占公司现有已发行股份（不包括库存股份）的约0.018%，进一步调整了公司股本结构。
根据公告，此次回购价格区间为每股5.10港元至5.16港元，合计付出约974,360港元。回购完成后，公司普通股余额降至1,060,512,431股，库存股份增至10,122,400股，总已发行股本维持1,070,634,831股。
