新纽科技有限公司（09600）8月18日晚间发布盈利预告，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月归属公司拥有人期间亏损约27百万元至37百万元，较2025年同期的64.4百万元亏损减少约43%至58%。
公司同期预计实现收益约80百万元至90百万元，较2025年同期的133.7百万元下降约33%至40%。
公司表示，期内亏损收窄主要由于按公允价值计入损益的股权投资公允价值变动亏损、研发开支以及贸易应收款项、合同资产及其他应收款项的预期信贷亏损拨备净额均有所减少。此外，集团在报告期内主动调整经营策略，缩减低毛利、长周期及回款风险较高的项目，集中资源承接高附加值、高现金流的定制化解决方案，同时实施费用管控。
公告提示，上述数据基于未经审计的管理账目编制，最终业绩有待进一步确认。公司计划于2026年8月底前披露截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩。投资者在买卖公司股票时应保持审慎。
