三倍做多半导体ETF-Direxion Daily（SOXL）今日盘后大跌5.40%，引发市场关注。该ETF盘中曾大幅上涨逾11%，但盘后出现明显回落。
消息面上，日本对华先进封装设备管制于8月1日正式落地，覆盖高端固晶机、超薄晶圆减薄机、TSV设备等20大类核心设备，实行逐案审批且AI配套设备驳回率接近80%，地缘管制压力持续压制半导体板块风险偏好。盘中大涨主要受半导体板块超跌反弹及散户资金创纪录涌入推动，但机构指出此轮上涨系技术性超跌修复而非风险因素消除，盘后短线获利盘集中兑现导致价格回落。
该基金以三倍杠杆追踪半导体指数，因此波动幅度相应放大，盘中涨幅与盘后跌幅均被显著放大。
