回购完成后，公司已发行股本维持在2,756,479,500股，截至2026年5月20日暂无库藏股记录。根据公告，中远海控已于2025年5月28日通过股份回购授权，最高可回购287,981,950股，至今公司已累计回购39,455,500股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的约1.37%。
