周四，AI芯片制造商 Cerebras Systems 上市首日以350美元开盘，IPO发行价为185美元。盘初暴涨超108%，截至发稿涨幅近99%。
AI基础设施投资热潮正推动半导体行业迎来新一轮IPO狂欢，而Cerebras也被视为挑战英伟达AI芯片主导地位的重要新势力之一。目前，Cerebras已与多家AI行业巨头建立合作关系。
今年，亚马逊曾表示，计划将Cerebras芯片与自研Trainium处理器共同用于运行AI软件。与此同时，OpenAI今年2月也发布了首个基于Cerebras芯片运行的模型。
公司文件显示，OpenAI目前持有3340万份Cerebras认股权证，其中部分权证的归属条件包括：公司市值超过400亿美元，以及Cerebras按时交付AI算力服务。
