The average selling price for the seven months ended July 31, 2026, was RMB 12,289 per square meter. For the month of July 2026, the group's contracted sales were approximately RMB 802 million, with a contracted sales area of 65,300 square meters. The average selling price for July 2026 was RMB 12,293 per square meter.
