According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on February 9, a shareholder of REPUBLIC HC (08357) deposited the company's shares with Citibank. The market value of the deposited shares was HK$52.85 million, representing 56.09% of the total.
For the six-month interim period ended June 30, 2025, the group reported revenue of S$3.7345 million, a decrease of 16.67% compared to the same period last year. The net loss from continuing operations for the period was S$1.2167 million, an increase of 715.78% year-on-year. The loss per share was 0.2 Singapore cents.
