港股异动 | 中资券商股强势冲高，华泰证券、光大证券涨超4%，广发证券、招商证券涨超3%
本周三（6月11日）港股盘初，中资券商股强势冲高，截至发稿 华泰证券 、 光大证券 涨超4%， 广发证券 、 招商证券 涨超3%
消息面上，6月6日，中国证监会发布批复，核准中央汇金成为长城国瑞、东兴证券、信达证券、东兴基金、信达澳亚基金、长城期货、东兴期货、信达期货8家公司实际控制人。
本次划转完成后，除方正证券等间接较小规模持股情况外，中央汇金旗下控参股的券商达到8家，包括银河证券、中金公司、中信建投、信达证券、东兴证券、申万宏源、光大证券、长城国瑞证券。
财信证券表示，在当前竞争加剧的市场环境下，证监会鼓励通过并购重组打造航母级头部券商，推动行业并购重组加速。
在“培育一流投资银行和投资机构”以及打造航母级头部券商的政策支持下，建议持续关注中央汇金旗下券商牌照整合情况。
中信证券认为，“汇金系”券商的股权调整有望推动证券行业新一轮并购，可关注证券行业同一实控人下，行政化并购与市场化并购主线。
