China Parenting Network Holdings Limited (Parenting Net) has scheduled a board meeting for 2:00 p.m. on Monday, 31 August 2026, at its Nanjing headquarters.
Key agenda items:
• Review and approve the unaudited consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.
• Authorise publication of the interim results on the websites of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing and the company.
• Consider declaration of an interim dividend for the first half of 2026.
• Attend to any other business matters.
The meeting will be chaired by Zhang Lake Mozi, Chairperson of the Board. The current board comprises two executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
