Jilin Province Chuncheng Heating Company Limited (Chuncheng Heat) reported that Mr. Wan Tao has resigned as joint company secretary, effective 28 July 2026, due to work adjustments. His departure also ends his roles as an Authorized Representative under Hong Kong Listing Rule 3.05 and as the company’s Process Agent in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance.

Mr. Wan confirmed he has no disagreements with the board and is unaware of any matters requiring shareholder attention. The board expressed appreciation for his service.

Ms. Leung Hoi Yan will continue as the company’s sole company secretary and Process Agent. Concurrently, she has been appointed as Chuncheng Heat’s Authorized Representative, effective 28 July 2026.

As of the announcement date, the board comprises Non-Executive Directors Mr. Song Chi (Chairman), Mr. Yang Zhongshi, and Mr. Shi Mingjun; Executive Director Mr. Zhang Liming; Independent Non-Executive Directors Ms. Zhang Yan, Ms. Du Jie, and Mr. Chan Sing Fai; and Employee Director Mr. Qiu Jianhua.
