香港，2026年8月19日——正荣服务集团有限公司（06958，下称“正荣服务”）今日公告，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计管理账目初步评估，预计期内母公司拥有人应占亏损将不超过60.0百万元人民币；而上一财年同期亏损约为7.5百万元人民币。
公告称，业绩转差主要归因于两方面：一是应收账款回款率下降，导致计提的应收账款减值拨备增加；二是社区增值服务及非业主增值服务收入下滑。
正荣服务提示，以上数据尚未经过核数师审阅或审核，最终业绩可能与本次预期存在差异。公司计划于2026年8月27日发布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩公告。
