HRnetGroup’s Octomate Wins Workforce Management Contract from Outward Bound Singapore

HRnetGroup Limited announced on Jan, 21 2026 that its HRtech brand, Octomate, has secured a contract from Outward Bound Singapore to deploy a workforce management system for the outdoor education institution’s 250 employees.
The solution will centralize roster scheduling and leave planning, intelligently match instructors to activities based on certifications and availability, flag potential conflicts, and give staff mobile access to real-time schedules. OBS runs programmes for about 20,000 participants each year and has received industry accolades for its experiential learning initiatives.
HRnetGroup said the contract is not expected to materially affect the Group’s financial position for FY2026.
