Leader Education Limited announced a postponement in the despatch of its shareholder circular related to two major transactions—the Finance Lease Arrangement (Artiking) and the Finance Lease Arrangement (Guotai).

Originally scheduled for release on or before 16 April 2026, the circular will now be issued no later than 25 June 2026 after the Hong Kong Stock Exchange approved the company’s waiver application under Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules.

The additional time is required to complete key financial disclosures, specifically the statement of indebtedness and the working-capital sufficiency statement.

The board is chaired by Liu Laixiang, and the announcement was released from Harbin, Heilongjiang Province on 8 May 2026.
