Dow Futures rose 0.20%, S&P 500 Futures rose 0.10%, Nasdaq Futures fell 0.01% as sentiment leaned cautiously optimistic.
3M shares rose 4.8% in overnight trading. The industrial conglomerate said it was expanding its commercial relationship with Amazon and had issued a warrant to an Amazon subsidiary, allowing it the right to buy 3M common stock worth over $521 million.
