On September 21, 2026, Ming Yin Chen disposed of 340.00 million shares of CHINA STAR ENT (00326) off-exchange at an average of HKD 3.0350 per share, involving about HKD 1.03 billion. The transaction was an off-exchange trade (consideration: cash), not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the disposal, Ming Yin Chen's long position in CHINA STAR ENT was 1.56 billion shares, representing 64.2%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 1.22 billion shares, with the long position ratio falling to 50.2%.
