金达控股有限公司（股票代码：00528）7月21日公告称，依据对未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估，公司预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月将实现纯利不少于人民币1亿元；母公司拥有人应占纯利亦不少于人民币1亿元。此前，公司在截至2025年6月30日止六个月录得净亏损人民币1.22亿元，母公司拥有人应占净亏损为人民币1.19亿元。
公司指出，业绩由亏转盈的主要原因包括： 1. 2024年底至2025年第二季度期间，原料及亚麻纱价格经历重大调整后，自2025年下半年开始回升，带动本集团在报告期内的经营利润率及整体盈利能力改善； 2. 国内亚麻消费市场已跃升为全球主要市场之一，推动产品需求增长并增强盈利能力。
金达控股表示，上述数据基于目前可得的未经审计财务资料，相关期间的实际业绩或与本次预告存在差异。公司计划于2026年8月公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的详细财务业绩。
