2026年7月24日，百仕达控股（01168）发布公告，宣布已委任浩德融资有限公司为拟议私有化交易的独立财务顾问。浩德融资有限公司持有证券及期货条例下第4类（就证券提供意见）、第6类（就机构融资提供意见）及第9类（提供资产管理）受规管活动的牌照。
此次私有化建议由Asia Pacific Promotion Limited提出，拟以公司法第99条的协议安排方式进行。为此，董事会已成立由三名独立非执行董事张嘉庆先生、田劲先生及辛罗林先生组成的独立董事委员会，并根据收购守则第2.1条批准上述顾问委任。
公司表示，将按照收购守则及其他适用法规要求，在切实可行情况下尽快向股东寄发载有浩德融资有限公司意见函件的计划文件。
公告提醒股东及潜在投资者，私有化建议尚需满足或获豁免相关条件后方可作实，存在最终未能落实的可能；进行证券买卖时应保持审慎，并在有需要时咨询专业顾问。
