特步国际（01368）公告拟于股东大会上授出股份购回授权，董事会获准在有权期间内，于香港联交所或任何获认可的其他证券交易所回购不超过公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）总面值10%的股份。依据公告，截至2026年4月8日，公司已发行股份约28.06亿股，授权规模相当于2806万股左右。
公告指出，此次购回计划将利用公司依法可动用的资金，并遵循开曼群岛公司法及香港上市规则的相关规定。董事会认为，适时行使购回授权有助于提升股东整体回报，亦符合公司及股东的最佳利益。公司股东大会预定于2026年5月8日在福建厦门召开，届时将就该议案进行表决。
