长安民生物流（01292）8月4日公告称，根据对未经审计合并财务资料的初步评估，预计截至2026年6月30日止6个月期间实现营业收入约人民币44.5亿元至46亿元，同比增长约6.89%至10.50%。同期，归属于公司权益持有人净利润预计约人民币2,000万元至2,500万元，同比减少约39.73%至51.78%。
公司指出，净利润大幅下滑主要因主要客户业务结构变化，其国内市场业务量下降而出口业务量增加，导致集团利润率较高的国内汽车整车运输及零部件仓储物流配送业务量下滑，从而拖累整体毛利率。
长安民生物流表示，以上数据基于董事会现时可取得的资料及尚未审定的合并财务数据，详细业绩将于2026年8月底公布的中期业绩公告中披露。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
