呷哺呷哺2025财年营收38亿元,净亏损2.9亿元至3.1亿元

2025年财报显示,呷哺呷哺于截至2025年12月31日止年度录得营收38亿元,同比下降约20%。同期净亏损介于2.9亿元至3.1亿元之间,相较2024年的3.98亿元净亏损,收窄约22.2%至27.2%。

公司在报告期内通过一系列降本增效举措抵消部分业绩下行压力,包括聚焦区域化精细运营,有序关闭低效亏损餐厅,并大幅减少对持续亏损门店的资产减值损失,预估降幅约51.4%。同时,公司通过全面数字化采购管理与物流协同,优化供应链成本结构,并强化会员运营策略,提高新会员注册转化率与会员消费占比。

业务分项方面,公司深化全资附属肉品加工企业的整合模式,为旗下“呷哺牧场”与“呷牛排”等创新业态提供规模化成本优势的供应方案。呷哺品牌则持续完善“与奋斗者共享成果”的价值理念,计划推动“凤还巢”合伙人机制,提升内部组织活力。另一个主要品牌湊湊正式实施“甄选单点+欢乐畅吃”的双运营模式,覆盖更多元消费场景,带动餐厅客流与翻台率增加。
