顺丰控股股份有限公司（“顺丰控股”，股票代码：06936）于2026年7月28日发布公告，披露当日于香港联交所场内再次回购公司H股股份，进一步调整已发行股本结构。
本次回购涉及H股433,800股，占本次回购前公司已发行H股总数约0.01%。回购价格介乎每股港币33.06元至港币33.88元，合计支付总金额14,496,987.81港元（折合约1,449.70万港元）。
回购完成后，公司于香港联交所上市的H股由2026年7月27日的459,147,869股降至458,714,069股，库藏股从6,729,800股增至7,163,600股。A股维持4,799,430,409股不变，公司股份总数仍为5,258,578,278股。顺丰控股已于2026年5月8日获得股东大会通过回购授权，获准回购24,000,000股H股。截至目前，公司累计回购H股7,163,600股，占授权决议通过当日已发行股份数目的约2.98%。
公司在公告中确认，回购程序符合香港联交所《证券上市规则》和相关法律法规。该公告由顺丰控股联席公司秘书甘玲签署。
