2026年9月28日，中集集团（股票代码：02039）公告显示，公司于当日在香港联交所回购股份44.5万股，占回购前已发行股本约0.0148%。本次回购价格区间为每股7.325港元至7.405港元，合计付出价款约327.88万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）变更为3,006,388,095股；库存股份合计83,449,800股，公司总已发行股份数仍为3,089,837,895股。公告同时指出，回购授权于2026年6月16日获得股东大会通过，授权回购股份总数为300,985,649股，截至目前公司已根据授权累计回购股票3,468,400股，约占回购授权通过当日已发行股本的0.12%。
