本次交易完成后，公司已发行股本数目由564,939,000股降至564,914,000股，库藏股数量由2,067,000股增加至2,092,000股，合计股份总数仍为567,006,000股。公司于2026年5月26日获股东大会通过可回购股份授权，总额度为56,700,600股。截至本次回购日，基于该授权已于联交所及其他证券交易所购回2,092,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的0.36896%。公司同时表示，将在随后的30天暂缓进行任何新股发行或库藏股再出售或转让。
